8 – 11:30 pm Infinite Luxury Club & Kata Rocks Villa Owner’s Annual Dinner (private event) Presented by Infinite Luxury
- Day 1 : Thursday 12 December, 2019
- 9 – 10 am Partner Breakfast & Rendezvous Briefing – at the meeting room (7.813042, 98.295498)
- 10:30 am – 2 pm KRSR Welcome Reception onboard Lobster Catamaran (invitation-only)
- 10 am – 4 pm Resort Showcase
10 am – 2 pm Experiential Spa at the Infinite Luxury Spa
1 – 2 pm Raw Food master class with Vikasa Yoga Retreat – in a Penthouse Villa (invitation-only)
2 – 3 pm Adopt an Elephant, presented by the Elephant Parade – at the media lounge
3 – 4 pm Yoga with Vikasa Yoga Retreat – at the fitness centre - 4 – 5 pm PHRAYA Luxury Thai Rum tasting experience – in the Wine Cellar, (invitation-only)
- 6:30 pm – 1 am KRSR Opening Party – Kata Rocks launches the 2019 Superyacht Rendezvous with an exclusive reception; including a live band, DJ, entrainment and signature cuisine.
- Day 2 : Friday 13 December, 2019
- 9:30 am Cruise Day – Cruise for a private beach BBQ. Please note the meeting point is at the Kata Rocks Clubhouse at 9:30 am. The yachts will depart at 10 am.
- 12:15 – 3:30 pm Rendezvous for a Beach BBQ – presented by InterContinental Phuket Resort, Kamala Beach (7.961961, 98.283136).
- 7:30 – 11:30 pm Sunseeker Superyacht Owners’ Dinner – in a Kata Rocks’ Penthouse. This exclusive private dinner is for a select group of VIP guests.
- Day 3 : Saturday 14 December, 2019
- 10:00 – 11:30 am Champagne Media Breakfast – in a Penthouse Villa. This exclusive invitation-only breakfast is for a selected group of media and VIP guests.
- 10 am – 4 pm Resort Showcase
10 am – 2 pm Experiential Spa at the Infinite Luxury Spa
2 – 3 pm Adopt a Shark, presented by Fins Art
3 – 4 pm Yoga with Vikasa Yoga Retreat – at the fitness centre - 1 – 3 pm Big Boys Toys – Demonstrations and trials of various marine toys.
- 2 – 3:30 pm Luxury Living International Private Cocktail Party – in a Penthouse Villa (invitation-only)
- 2 – 4 pm ‘Yacht Hop’ – Yacht owners, media and guests are invited to board the various yachts.
- 4 – 5 pm Superyacht Line-up – line-up of the fleet for media photos and drone photography
- 5 – 6:30 pm Aries Murano Art Collection Private Cocktail Party – in a Penthouse Villa (invitation-only)
- 6:30 – 10:30 pm The International SeaKeepers Society and Ocean For All Charity Gala Dinner at Kata Rocks, presented by The Leading Yachts of the World – The event will start with welcome cocktails, followed by a gala buffet dinner with entertainment. - Day 4 : Sunday 15 December, 2019
