Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you visit katarockssuperyachtrendezvous.com, register a yacht, enquire about a partnership, request media access or join our guest list. We handle personal data in line with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (the PDPA).
1. Who we are
The Kata Rocks Superyacht Rendezvous is organised by Infinite Luxury at Kata Rocks, Phuket. The data controller is Infinite Luxury, Phuket, Thailand.

4. Reservations and payment
When you select Reserve Now, you are taken to katarocks.com to book and pay for the Rendezvous Brunch. That booking, including your payment details, is handled by Kata Rocks under the Kata Rocks privacy policy. We do not collect or store card details on this website.
5. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies:
- Essential cookies keep the site working and secure, and remember your cookie choices.
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, via Google Tag Manager) help us understand which pages are useful and how visitors move between this site and katarocks.com when making a reservation.
Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them in our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time through Cookie Settings in the footer of every page.
6. Who we share your data with
We never sell your personal data. We share it only where needed:
- Kata Rocks, our host venue, to welcome you and deliver the event.
- Trusted service providers who run our website, email, forms, database and analytics on our behalf, under contracts that require them to keep your data secure.
- Event partners, only where you have given your consent.
- Authorities, where the law requires us to.
7. International transfers
Some of our service providers store data outside Thailand. Where this happens, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, as the PDPA requires.

We will confirm your identity, then respond within 30 days. If a request is particularly complex, we may need up to 30 more days, and we will let you know why.

11. Young guests
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 20 without the consent of a parent or guardian.
