You do not need to own a yacht to be part of the Kata Rocks Poker Run. On Saturday 19 December, the KR Boat sets out with the fleet, giving spectators a front row seat to Phuket’s most spirited afternoon on the water.
The KR Boat travels with the rally as crews make their way between five locations, collecting a card at each stop. It is also our media boat, so you will be right alongside the photographers and filmmakers capturing the day, with the best views of the fleet in full flight.
Expect sea spray, sunshine, good music and the easy camaraderie of a day spent rallying around the Andaman coastline.
Your seat on the KR Boat includes beers and non-alcoholic drinks throughout the run, and your ticket also includes the awards evening back at Kata Rocks. All you need to bring is sunscreen, sunglasses and a sense of adventure.

The run starts and finishes at Kata Rocks. As the crews return and the sun begins to set, the awards evening gets underway from 18:00 to 21:00, with free-flow local beers and sparkling and a burgers and BBQ buffet. Awards go to the strongest hand, and the fastest crew claims the bragging rights.
